Switch Party Rental Software With a Free Import
Changing rental software should start with a clear list of what is moving and a date that works for your business. Inflatable Agent includes a free switch-over import of inventory and customer lists from InflatableOffice, Goodshuffle, Booqable or a spreadsheet. You review the details before going live, and you keep your old system until you are ready.
1. Start your trial and pick a plan
Choose the level of setup help you want. Starter is $99/mo with no setup fee and a 30-day free trial. It gives you the full CRM and pre-built snapshot for you to train and turn on. Pro is $199/mo with inventory loading up to 25 rental items and the AI trained and live. Premium is $399/mo with unlimited rental items loaded, a booking website and priority support.
Pro and Premium have a $497 one-time setup fee on monthly billing, with the first 30 days free while we set you up. Annual billing pays for 10 months and gets 12, with setup waived. The free switch-over import is separate from those plan setup terms. There is no charge for importing the inventory and customer lists.
2. Export inventory and customer lists
Export your inventory and customer list from your current rental software, or send your spreadsheet. The free import covers those two sets of information from InflatableOffice, Goodshuffle or Booqable. Keep the source files available while you review the new account, so you have something to check against when a price or item count needs attention.
Booking history and payment records are not part of this import. Keep access to those records in your old system as needed. Moving a customer list is not the same as moving that customer's past bookings or transactions.
3. Review what we load
We load the inventory and customer list, then you review prices, photos and stock counts. Check that each rental item matches what you own and that the booking price is the one you want customers to see. Review add-ons and your delivery and setup charges before accepting bookings in the new system.
Stock counts deserve a careful check. Live inventory can only protect the availability you have set up correctly. Your review is also a chance to make sure the AI front desk has the right business details and policies before you turn it on. Start with the actual way your rental business operates, not a generic set of answers.
4. Go live on your schedule
You choose when to go live and keep your current system until you are ready. Review the new booking page, customer records and follow-up before changing where customers book. While both systems remain in use, account for bookings in each before opening dates in the new one. The free import does not include booking history or promise synchronization with the old software.
Already have a website? You can keep it and embed the booking widget and AI chat. Premium includes a new booking website if you need one. Compare the options, choose your plan and make the switch around your delivery schedule, not in a rush during a busy weekend.
Keep the account through the off-season
Hibernate is a $29/mo off-season plan for existing customers. It keeps your data, booking page and phone number, with automations paused. That gives a seasonal rental business a lower-cost way to keep the account through the off-season. Calls, texts and AI minutes on active plans are billed at usage rates through the account wallet.
