Inflatable Agent is a product of PointWake, based in Canyon Lake, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and our service, how we use it and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
We collect the information needed to run a booking and customer communication system for rental businesses:
- Contact information, such as names, email addresses and phone numbers
- Business information, such as your company name, inventory, prices and policies
- Messages sent through the service, including texts, emails, chat and social messages
- Call recordings and transcripts when the AI receptionist is used on your number
- Payment information, which is processed by Stripe and not stored by us
- Cookies and analytics data about how the website is used
2. How we use it
We use the information we collect to provide and operate the service: taking bookings, sending confirmations and reminders, answering calls and messages on your behalf, processing payments through Stripe and supporting your account. We also use it to improve the service and to communicate with you about your account.
3. Text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
4. Service providers
We run the service with the help of a small number of providers. The platform is built on HighLevel, payments are processed by Stripe, and calls and text messages are carried by telecom carriers and their aggregators. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their part of the service.
5. Data retention
We keep account and customer data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, you can ask us to export or delete your data. Some records may be kept longer where required for legal, tax or accounting reasons.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and your customers' data against unauthorized access.
7. Your choices
You can update your account information at any time. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, and you can opt out of marketing messages by following the unsubscribe or STOP instructions in the message. Transactional messages about your account or bookings continue while your account is active.
8. Children's privacy
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, reach us through our contact page and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
